Terms of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern every sale concluded between Leidyi Humans Group LLC (the "Seller") and any individual placing an order on christmas.venatia.com (the "Buyer"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
The products offered are those displayed on the site at the time of the order. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations in colour or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and exclude any import duties, customs fees or local taxes that may be levied by the destination country. Such charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Orders
An order is final once payment has been confirmed by Stripe. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Buyer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issue or unavailability of the product, in which case the Buyer is refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by card through Stripe's secure checkout. The Seller never stores card details.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery is estimated at 10–15 business days depending on the destination; the Seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel has shipped. The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
7. Returns and refunds
The Buyer may return a product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, provided it is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Once the returned item has been received, the refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Where the item received is damaged or does not match its description, the Buyer should contact support@proteau.ovh with the order number and photographs; a replacement or full refund is offered.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the statutory warranties applicable in the Buyer's country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Personal data
Data collected when ordering is processed according to our Privacy Policy. It is never sold to third parties.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the Buyer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Contact: support@proteau.ovh.
